Understanding our refund process and commitment
Donations made to Jonathan HopeBridge Foundation are typically non-refundable as funds are allocated immediately to support individuals and communities facing hardship, emergency needs, and essential resource gaps.
All donations are allocated with care, accountability, and respect for donor intent. Administrative costs are kept minimal to maximize direct impact on those we serve.
If you believe a donation was made in error or under exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days at support@jhbridge.org. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis with care and consideration.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days through our secure payment processor.
Jonathan HopeBridge Foundation is committed to ethical fundraising and responsible stewardship of all donations. When possible, updates are shared to reflect the impact made through community support.
